These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RAS DEALS website and the booking of any tour or experience with us. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a booking.
1. About us
RAS DEALS is the trading name of Rukn Al Sahra Tourism L.L.C., a Dubai-based tour operator holding Dubai trade licence [Trade Licence No.] issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), AL ZAHRAA TECHNO CENTRE 101, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@rasdeals.com, +971 52 981 7405.
2. Bookings and confirmation
You can book online through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp, phone or email. When you complete an online booking, we treat it as a confirmed reservation and record your booking reference. We may contact you to finalise pickup details and timing. A booking is subject to availability and to these Terms.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, unless stated otherwise, are per the package and party size you select. Prices, inclusions and any discounts may be updated from time to time; the price applicable to your booking is the one shown at the time you book. Payment is collected in person before your trip begins (cash or card, as agreed) unless we expressly agree another arrangement with you. No online payment is required to confirm your booking.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
You may amend or cancel your booking in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before booking.
5. Health, safety and suitability
Desert activities such as dune bashing are thrilling and physically demanding. For your safety, they are not recommended for pregnant guests, young infants, the elderly, or anyone with back, neck, heart or other serious medical conditions. You must inform us of any relevant medical condition in advance and follow the instructions of our drivers and guides at all times. You participate in all activities at your own risk and are responsible for assessing your own suitability.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking and contact details, and be ready at your pickup point at the agreed time.
- Respect UAE laws, local customs and cultural sites, including modest dress where required.
- Supervise children in your party at all times.
- Behave in a manner that does not endanger yourself, other guests or our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where safety, conduct or legal requirements are not met.
7. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests hold valid travel and medical insurance appropriate to the activities booked.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care to deliver our tours safely and as described. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, RAS DEALS is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay or additional expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or from your failure to follow safety instructions or to disclose a relevant medical condition. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
9. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, sandstorms, government action, or other force majeure events. In such cases we will offer to reschedule your tour or, where appropriate, provide a refund as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Photography and marketing
Photographs or videos may be taken during group tours. If you would prefer not to appear in any content we use for marketing, please let your guide know and we will respect your request.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to RAS DEALS and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of the website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your booking.
